Getting in shape for tennis season help?
So, I know tennis isn't until spring, but I want to start now getting back in shape. Last year, my freshmen year, was my first year doing tennis. I wasn't too serious about it, but now I am. I want to be in shape. I do yoga and pilates already and I was wondering if there is some more work outs I could do to get ready for tennis season and just get in better shape in general?
I was going to do tennis this summer but it conflicted with prior things I had scheduled. :\
For me, Tennis season begin in the Summer:) You should be out there playing already. Jumping rope is a good exercise and it can help your footwork.
