How can I incorporate running and gym work into my routine together?
I have started running and working out in the gym as well as playing tennis 3 times a week. I'm 17.
you should do gym workouts on alternate days, and run/tennis every day. Tennis is a good cross training exercise, just be careful that the extra lateral movement in tennis does not injure your knees, which are used to mostly straight motion in running.
