running and yoga question!!?
so i rarely ever do running (when i do its about for 15-20 min, and then yoga-once a week) ...however i do a bunch of yoga/pilates/crunches (alot of fast moving and stretching) for a workout for about an hour everyday...is this considered healthy and is it going to help me lose wieght?
yes its healthy! yoga and pilates are really good for strengthening your core muscles and stability and toning.
If your wanting to lose weight though running is the best! specially interval running like jogging then walking and jogging again for the 20 mins. this raises the heart rate and is the best fat burner.
