fresh veggies for the next month and a half?

fresh veggies and water ONLY.. salads mainly.. will i loose weight accompied with running strength training and pilates?
how muh?

not much. your body will go into starvation mode and there's a good chance you'll get sick due to fatigue, lack of carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. your body needs a proper balance of each to function at optimal levels. you also need to eat about 5-6 meals a day to have best results. you want a good solid breakfast with carbs to get your energy up for the day, a snack, healthy protein/veggies etc for lunch, another snack(optional) and then a light dinner of a salad sounds good. if you try to overdo it, your body will definitely prevent you from hurting it.
