How can I fit running and exercising into my schedule?
I'm in 11th grade so im pretty busy with school, extracuuricular things, sports, family, friends, homework, etc.
I think its really important to exercise regularly.
I think i often feel like i have too much to focus on so i dont focus on anything at all. How can I get over that?
When are good times during the day to exercise and go running. I did alot during the summer but obviouly i didnt hav as much to do during the summer.
Just fit it in your schedule as it was another important activity of your day. Wake up an hour earlier during the week to exercise or there should be plenty of time on the weekends. At least 3 days a week to start would be good.
