what is a good exercise workout plan for a 16 year old?
i just want to tone up my body; stomch, arms, legs.
swim suit season is in about 5 months, what should i do day to day to get the PERFECT body?
Watch what you eat. Stay away from junk food and eat more veggies, clean protein like chicken tuna and stay away from white flour like white bread, pasta and things like that. Change over to 100% wheat. Also dont drink sodas or juices. All this has way too many carbs and sugars. Carbs that are not used turn into fat.
do a daily cardio session of about 45 minutes and lift some weights or do things like pushups, situps and some sort of lunges or squats. Yes I know you are female and I will guarentee that you will not get like a noybuilder by lifting.
