What is the best way to get a body fit for a bikini in 7 months?
I've joined the gym but have yet to start going - I have weights, free weights, cardio machines, a swimming pool and classes at my disposal.
Which combination will work best to get my body bikini ready?
I'm talking fat free and toned - with slim thighs and a flat stomach!!
I DON'T want to look muscley though!

run or swim for like 30 mins 6 days a week
and do weight training for like 30 mins 3 days a week
also drink a lot of water and eat healthier, because exercising won't do anything if you don't watch what you eat
